Welcome to Aupaire Beauty. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Service

Aupaire Beauty is a marketplace platform that connects customers with beauty service providers including salons, barbers, and beauty clinics. We facilitate the discovery and booking of beauty services but are not a beauty service provider ourselves.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider.
• Cancellation policies vary by service provider and are displayed before booking.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees as specified by the service provider.

4. Payments

• Prices are set by individual service providers and displayed in the local currency (EGP).
• A platform service fee may apply to bookings and will be clearly shown before confirmation.
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.

5. Reviews & Content

• You may leave reviews for services you have received. Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience.
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate these terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Harass or abuse service providers or other users.
• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aupaire Beauty acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by third-party beauty professionals. Disputes regarding services should be directed to the service provider first.

Arrival times are estimates based on routing information and current conditions. They do not guarantee an arrival time and do not replace safe navigation or the directions provided by your navigation application. Google Maps content is subject to Google's applicable terms.

8. Account Termination

You may request deletion of your shared Aupaire identity through the app settings. Deletion may require you or an authorized operator to resolve active appointments, pending payments, assigned professional work, or sole-owner responsibilities first. Request acceptance is not immediate erasure or deactivation; access and sessions remain active until governed fulfillment completes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
