Request account deletion

One shared identity

A verified request covers the same Aupaire identity across both apps. Choose the app from which you know the account so the request keeps the correct application boundary.

What happens after you submit

• We email a single-use verification code to the address on the account. The response is the same whether or not an account exists.
• A successful verification records an immutable deletion request and reference. It does not sign you in.
• The request does not immediately deactivate access, revoke sessions, cancel appointments, change business roles, or erase records.
• Fulfillment deletes or de-identifies account data that no longer needs to identify you, after required operational and legal checks.

Data deletion and retention

The request covers account profile and authentication identifiers, saved addresses, notification registrations, media, messages, reviews, and other user content that no longer needs to identify you, subject to approved fulfillment rules.

Booking, payment, wallet, refund, payout, entitlement, tax, accounting, consent, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, and audit records may be retained when legally required or otherwise permitted. Protected backups expire under the approved backup-retention schedule.

Steps that may be required before fulfillment

Your request is still recorded if these conditions exist. Fulfillment waits for the relevant condition to be resolved:

• Transfer sole business ownership or complete governed business closure.
• Reassign or resolve live appointments assigned to your professional profile.
• Allow a checked-in or in-progress appointment to reach a governed outcome.
• Allow pending or authorized payments to finish reconciliation.
